Korean Chap Chae

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add minced garlic and sesame oil in blanched spinach. Mix well and set aside

Step 2
Mix beef with minced garlic, sugar and soy sauce

Step 3
Heat the pan and add some oil. Stir-fry onion with medium heat. Add some salt. Set aside

Step 4
Stir-fry sliced yellow bell pepper, carrot, green bell pepper and red bell pepper respectively. Season with salt. Set aside

Step 5
Heat the pan and add some oil. Stir-fry beef over low heat with sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 6
Season blanched Korean vermicelli with soy sauce and sugar

Step 7
Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry minces garlic with medium heat. Add vermicelli. Use chopsticks to loosen the vermicelli.

Step 8
Turn off the heat. Mix well with spinach and sliced egg. Sprinkle some sesame on top. Ready to serve
