Pork belly250 g
Korean chili sauce1 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
Rice wine1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
minced garlic1 tsp
Ginger, grated1 tsp
Lettuce leaves
Kimchi20 g
Garlic, sliced
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and slice the pork belly.

Step 2
Marinate the pork belly with Korean chili sauce, sesame oil, light soy sauce, rice wine, minced garlic and ginger for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Heat a pan with some oil. Fry the pork belly until done.

Step 4
Serve with lettuce, kimchi and sliced garlic.
