Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
【Chowder Clam Soup】Soak the clams in salt water and set aside. Dice the potato, carrot, onion and bacon. Mince the garlic. Set to “Boil” setting to bring a pot of water to boil. Add clams and cook until they opened. Drain and reserve the water.

Step 2
【Chowder Clam Soup】Set to “Soup” setting and select “Soup/Step 1(Sauté)”. Add bacon and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
【Chowder Clam Soup】Add garlic, onion and sauté until fragrant. Add carrot and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
【Chowder Clam Soup】Add all-purpose flour and mix well. Add potato, fish broth, 300mL clam water. Cover with lid, select “Soup/Step 2(Boil)” and bring to boil.

Step 5
【Chowder Clam Soup】Select “Soup/Step 3(Simmer)” and set the timer to 15 minutes and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Step 6
【Chowder Clam Soup】Remove the lid. Add clams, whipping cream and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Ready to serve.

Step 7
【Lobster Risotto】Dice the onion, slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic and set aside. Bring chicken and lobster bisque to simmer on medium heat. Reduce to medium low heat and keep warm.

Step 8
【Lobster Risotto】Set to “Risotto” setting and install the Stir Tower. Add some oil and select “Risotto/Step 1(Sauté)”.

Step 9
【Lobster Risotto】Add garlic and onion. Stir-fry with Stir Tower on low speed (1) until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir-fry. Add Arborio rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 10
【Lobster Risotto】Select “Risotto/Step 2(Simmer)”, add white wine and cook until evaporated. Add chicken broth until cover the rice, cook and keep stirring until broth is absorbed.

Step 11
【Lobster Risotto】Repeat the step of adding chicken broth. Add lobster meat with last portion of broth, keep stirring until the lobster is cooked.

Step 12
【Lobster Risotto】Add butter, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper. Increase the speed of Stir Tower to medium (2). Mix well and ready to serve.

Step 13
【Mixed Berries Yogurt Cup】Turn to “Yogurt” setting. Add milk and heat to 95C.

Step 14
【Mixed Berries Yogurt Cup】When milk reaches 95C and Multi-Cooker beeps, press button to go to ‘Yogurt/Step 2(Culture)’. Install Stir Tower and stir on low speed (1) until milk is cooled to around 45C, about 30 minutes.

Step 15
【Mixed Berries Yogurt Cup】Remove Stir Tower. Stir 120mL warm milk into yogurt in small bowl until well blended.

Step 16
【Mixed Berries Yogurt Cup】Gently whisk yogurt mixture into Multi-Cooker. Cover with lid and rest for 8 hours until set.

Step 17
【Mixed Berries Yogurt Cup】In a dessert cup, add yogurt and top with muesli, dark chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Ready to serve.
