It feels satisfied when having a tempura king crab leg in a Japanese restaurant. Because king crab leg is full of flesh and every bite full of crab flesh which make you feel wonderful. You can also cook it at home, let’s have a house party with friend at home and enjoy the crab feast.

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the tempura flour, cold water and whisk well.

Step 2
Trim the top of the okra, cut a cross mark and cut about 1/3 down.

Step 3
Grate the daikon

Step 4
cut the lemon in wedges

Wrap the king crab meat with the shiso leaves and dip with the tempura batter.

Step 6
Wrap the king crab meat with the shiso leaves and dip with the tempura batter.

Dip the okra with the tempura batter.

Heat up a pot, add enough oil for frying. Add the king crab leg, okra and deep fry until golden brown.

Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess oil.

Place the tempura on the serving plate, serve with grated daikon, Japanese soy sauce and lemon wedges. Ready to serve.
