Kimchi Tofu Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the green onion into section, slice the garlic

Step 2
Slice chili pepper

Step 3
Cut the kimchi into medium size, cut the tofu in large pieces

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the tofu for 1-2 minutes, transfer to cold water to let cool

Step 5
In a pot, add oil and sauté the green and garlic until fragrant

Step 6
Then add the chili pepper to quick stir

Step 7
Add kimchi and Korean chili paste, chicken broth and mix well. Add salt and bring it to boil

Step 8
Add the tofu and cook for another 2-3 minutes

Step 9
Add the chili powder to mix together

Step 10
Ready to serve
