Soft Tofu2 chunk
Garlic, minced5 tbsp
Sesame oil10 ml
Water1000 ml
Cayenne pepper15 g
Vermicelli100 g
Shiitake mushrooms2 pc
Chrysanthemum200 g
Shabu Pork Slices400 g
Green onion10 pc
Korean Bean Paste1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut tofu into section

Step 2
In medium heat, add sesame oil into pot and sauté garlic and kimchi

Step 3
Add tofu into soup and sprinkle in chili powder and cook for 5 minutes

Step 4
Add mushrooms, Vermicelli, pork slices and then Chrysanthemum greens
