Tired of eating beef burgers, how about try out a seafood burger! The crispy soft shell crab with kimchi, tomato, avocado, lettuce. It can naturalize the greasiness of the soft shell crab, but also increase the level of the ingredients.

Step 1
Prepare the mayonnaise. Grind the sesame seed in the grinder

Step 2
Mix it with the mayonnaise, season with salt and white pepper. Set aside

Step 3
Wash the iceberg lettuce and separate the leaves

Slice the tomato

Step 5
Clean and cut the soft shell crab in half. Place the crab in the milk and soak it for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, salt and sugar. Gradually add the water and whisk to form the batter

Dip the crab in the batter then dredge it with the potato starch

Step 8
In a pan, add enough oil to fry. Add the crab and fry until golden brown and crispy

Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess grease

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin then slice it

To assemble the burger. Slice the burger in half and spread the sesame mayo on both sides

Add the lettuce leaves, tomato, avocado, crab and kimchi respectively
