Kimchi Seafood Fried Rice

The slightly hot and sour kimchi matches well with different ingredients. It is also good to make fried rice. Ingredients like shrimp and baby scallop enhance your appetite.

Step 1
Beat the egg and season with some salt and white pepper.

Step 2
Slice the onion.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté shrimp and baby scallop until slightly golden brown and set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, sauté the onion until fragrant. Add the rice and cook until the rice is separate.

Step 5
Make a well in the middle, add the egg and stir until the rice has coat with the egg.

Step 6
Add the seafood, kimchi, light soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and stir well.

Step 7
Sprinkle with green onion and white sesame seed and ready to serve.
