Kimchi Fried Rice with Luncheon Meat

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the luncheon meat. Beat the eggs.

Step 2
Dice the luncheon meat. Beat the eggs.

Sprinkle some water on top of the leftover rice. Then as we fry rice, it will become more easily separated.

Heat up a pot and add some oil. Then saute the luncheon meat,set aside.

Using the same pan, fry the rice. Add some salt. Once the rice is nicely separated by grain, add the kimchi.

Using the same pan, fry the rice. Add some salt. Once the rice is nicely separated by grain, add the kimchi.

Add back the luncheon meat.

Make the well in the middle, add the eggs.

First saute the eggs until half cooked in the middle. Then mix in the rice from the sides. Add chopped green onions. Ready to serve.
