Kimchi and Seafood Pancake

Korean pancake is very easy to make with the mix. Add the appetizing kimchi and seafood to give a more complicated texture to the pancake.

Step 1
Drain and julienne the kimchi. Cut the squids into rings. Halve the shrimps. Cut the green onion into sections and set aside.

Step 2
Mix together the Korean pancake mix, eggs and water. Add kimchi, green onion, shrimps, squid and mix well.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add pancake batter and sear until golden brown on both sides. Repeat this step until all batter is used.

Step 4
Slice the pancakes and transfer to a plate. Ready to serve.
