Mix kanten powder with sugar

Pour in boiling water and stir well

Step 4
Add milk and mix well again

Step 5
Pour a thin layer of the resulting mixture into a tray

Refrigerate until set

Add sugar to one portion of the mango flesh. Blend in a blender until smooth

Step 8
Pour the puree over the kanten noodles from step 4

Step 9
Garnish witn remaining mango flesh

Step 10
Ready to serve

cut into thin noodles

Peel and core the mangoes
