Sauce Ingredients
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Garlic, minced1 tbsp
Water1 tbsp
Lemon juice1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Red bird chilies, chopped1 pc
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
将羽衣甘蓝及虾仁切碎。

Step 2
加入猪肉末、虾仁、姜末、蒜末、砂糖、盐、胡椒粉、生抽、麻油及水向一个方向拌匀。

Step 3
将猪肉馅料放在饺子皮中间,沾湿饺子皮边缘,分成3部分向上包起捏好。重复此步骤直至包好所有饺子。

Step 4
煮开一锅水,加少许盐,加入饺子煮熟,捞起上碟。

Step 5
准备沾酱:将柠檬汁、生抽、蒜末、砂糖、指天椒及水拌匀。

Step 6
饺子配以沾酱享用,即成。
