This kale and bacon fried rice is easy and convenient to make! Bacons add additional meaty flavor to the rice.

Step 1
Chop the kale and dice the bacon. Set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add minced garlic, onion, bacon and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Add kale and sauté until softened.

Step 4
Add leftover rice and stir fry until the rice is separated. Add the egg and stir until the rice is coated with the egg.

Step 5
Season with light soy sauce, sugar and salt. Ready to serve.
