Jasmine Tea Biscotti

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Use the pestle and coarse crush the jasmine tea leaves

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and oil

Step 3
Add the jasmine tea leaves and mix well

Step 4
Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix it until it form into dough

Step 5
Place a baking paper on baking pan. Spread the dough on a baking pan about 1cm thick

Step 6
Put in the oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes until golden brown

Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes and slice it

Step 8
Place the sliced biscotti back on the baking pan and bake it for 10 minutes

Step 9
Flip it over and bake the other side for another 10 minutes

Step 10
Remove from oven and let cool. Ready to serve
