Japanese Teriyaki Oyster

Oysters have always been regarded as aphrodisiac food, many foreigners will eat oysters during the dating. You can use different cooking method to cook the oyster. Such as Japanese teriyaki, it is tasty and also brings out the freshness of the oyster.

Step 1
Remove and clean the flesh of the oyster. Pat dry the oyster and save the shell for later use.

Step 2
In a pot, add the sake, sugar, white pepper and white sesame seed. Bring it to boil and set aside.

Step 3
In a pot on a low heat, melt the butter and cook the oyster until golden brown.

Step 4
Add the brandy and black pepper.

Step 5
Add the sauce and mix well. Bring the sauce to boil and cook until the sauce has evaporated.

Step 6
Place the oyster back to the shell, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
