Japanese Teriyaki grilled Black cod

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Thaw black cod and pad dry. Marinade fish with white pepper and wine for about 5 minutes

Step 2
To prepare the sauce, mix sugar and soy sauce with 80mL water

Step 3
In a hot pan with oil, pan fry cod both sides until light golden brown for about 2 minute

Step 4
Reduce heat and brush on sauce and pan fry

Step 5
Repeat each side for about 5-6 times until golden brown and meat is firm and flaky

Step 6
Serve hot with your favorite vegetable or starch
