Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice assorted vegetables.

Step 2
Heat a wok over medium heat, add oil, and stir-fry minced garlic. Then, add all the sliced vegetables and stir fry, add water and cover for a few minutes until fully cooked.

Step 3
Add light soy sauce, mirin and pepper, toss well and serve.
