In a bowl, combine egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and milk

Add shrimps to blanch for 3 minutes until cooked

Add spinach, mushroom, shrimp, gingko

Step 6
Pour egg mixture inside

Step 7
Set to medium heat, steam egg for 8 minutes

Step 8
Add extra shrimp on top for garnish when done. Ready to serve
