Step 1
Julienne the cabbage, onion and carrot. Cut the pork slices into pieces.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add cabbage, onion and carrot. Sauté until fragrant, transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 3
In the same pan, add noodles and sauté until fragrant. Add the vegetables, pork, Yakisoba sauce and mix well. Transfer to a lunchbox.

Step 4
Drizzle with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with nori powder and bonito flakes. Ready to serve.
