Step 1
Peel and slice the burdock. Put into water and add white vinegar to prevent the burdock turning brown.

Step 2
Peel and slice the carrot. Chop the garlic.

Step 3
Heat the pan with some oil over medium heat. Add garlic to saute until aromatic. Then add burdock and carrot to stir fry.

Step 4
Add cooking wine, soy sauce and mirin, cook until they are tender.

Step 5
Add sesame oil. Top with some white sesame. Ready to serve.
