Japanese Steak Cube

Step 1
Dice the steak into 2-3cm thick and set aside.

Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Halve the mushrooms and shallots. Slightly pound the garlic and set aside.

Step 3
Marinate the steak cubes with garlic, rosemary, sea salt and olive oil for 15 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add sugar and sauté until fragrant. Add butter and steak cubes and sauté until golden brown.

Step 5
Add shallots, mushrooms, bell peppers and stir fry for 1 minute. Season with Yakiniku sauce. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Transfer to a plate and ready to serve.
