Step 1
Slice the tofu. Cut the baby Chinese cabbages and leek into sections. Halve the chikuwa. Rinse the Hon-shimeji mushroom and remove the stems. Set aside.

Step 2
Bring 1000mL water to boil. Add miso, mirin, bonito powder and mix well. Bring it to boil.

Step 3
Add baby Chinese cabbages, leek, chikuwa, tofu, shirataki, Hon-shimeji mushroom, shiitake mushrooms, and beef. Cover with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4
Ready to serve.
