Enoki mushrooms50 g
Shiitake mushrooms10 pc
Katsuobushi shavings20 g
Dry Seaweed20 g

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut tofu and cabbage into sections

Step 2
In a soup pot, add water, bonito flakes and seaweed and cook until fragrant and soft

Step 3
Drain away bonito and seaweed and reserve broth for soup base

Step 4
In a hotpot arrange mushrooms, tofu, fish balls, cabbage and pea greens

Step 5
Add in soup base and boil over medium fire

Step 6
Add sliced beef and egg yolk and enjoy with white rice
