Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut Radish into large cubes

Step 2
In boiling water, add bonito flakes and seaweed

Step 3
Drain away bonito and seaweed and reserve broth for soup base

Step 4
Add Radish into broth, then add tofu fish cakes, fish balls, seaweed rolls and cabbage rolls

Step 5
To make dipping sauce, combine fish stock, sugar, chili paste, bean paste, catchup, preserve bean curd and mix well

Step 6
Mix cornstarch with 1 tbs of water and pour into sauce and cook until thickened
