Japanese Hotplate Tofu

Step 1
Chop the egg tofu into pieces, slice the carrot and cut the button mushrooms into 4.

Step 2
In a pot, add enough oil and heat. Coat the egg tofu pieces with flour and deep-fry until golden brown.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil. Sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add minced pork and sauté. Add button mushrooms, shrimps and carrot. Stir well and add oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, sake, 100mL water, sugar, salt and ground white pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4
In a hot plate, add some oil and heat. Add eggs, egg tofu and meat sauce. Sprinkle with green onion. Ready to serve.
