Chicken wings100 g
Chicken Hammer4 pc
shredded bonito
Lemon1 pc
Sake50 ml
Mirin2 tbsp
Garlic1
Ginger, minced2 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
White miso2 g
Egg white10 g
Flour
Corn starch10 g
Baking powder1 tsp
Garlic powder1 tsp
Salt10 g
Ground black pepper1 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the chicken marinate and marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours

Step 2
then add the egg white to the marinated chicken and mix well

Step 3
Mix all the dry ingredients

Step 4
Drench the chicken one by one with the seasoning

Step 5
fry until the chicken turn golden brown or until cooked

Step 6
Transfer the chicken wings and drumsticks on a paper towel to absorb the grease
