Japanese Curry Beef Burger

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chopped the onion into small diced. Cut potato and carrot into medium side

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine half of the chopped onion, egg, bread crumb

Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Mix together and marinade it for 20 minutes

Step 4
Form the beef mixture into a small patty

Step 5
In the pan, add oil on the medium heat and brown the beef patty until golden brown on each side then set aside

Step 6
In the pot, sauté the onions for 8-10 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes

Step 7
Add water to the pot. After it boils, reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetable is soft

Turn off the heat and add the curry cubes

Step 9
Stir until the curry pieces is dissolved

Step 10
Place rice on a serving plate with the beef burger, add the sauce on the burger and serve hot
