Step 1
Wash the okra with salt to remove the hair on the surface.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add okra and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to ice water and let cool. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Mix together Japanese sesame sauce, Japanese soy sauce, yuzu vinegar and water.

Step 4
Drizzle over the okra and sprinkle with bonito flakes. Ready to serve.
