Butter1 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Finely dice the onion and chop the green on

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, miso paste and chopped green onion

Step 3
Slightly sauté the onion with butter and set aside

Step 4
Divide evenly the onion on each oyster

Step 5
Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top, sprinkle cayenne pepper and transfer to the baking pan

Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 15 minutes until golden brown
