Step 1
In a big mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vegetable oil and milk.

Step 2
Sift both the flour and pumpkin powder into the mixing bowl, followed by baking soda and salt. Gently mix until well combined.

Step 3
Brush the cake pop mold with some oil, pour in batter and cover the mold. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes and let cool completely when done. Gently remove the cake pop afterwards.

Step 4
Melt the white chocolate and stir in the orange colour gel. Dip one end of the cake pop stick into the chocolate, then gently insert halfway into the cake pop. Put into the fridge and chill for 5 minutes.

Step 5
Mix 3 tsp of baking soda into water, soak the strawberries for 15 minutes then rinse with clean water. This helps to eliminate pesticide residues.

Step 6
Dip the cake pop into the chocolate, twist a round and lift it out. Carefully shake off the excess chocolate. Place the cake pop on a stand and let dry completely.

Step 7
Decorate the cake pop and strawberries with chocolate pens and candy eyeballs. Enjoy!
