Step 1
Combine bread flour with flour, sift into a large mixing bowl

Add sugar and salt. Mix gently

Add yeast and warm water together into the mixing bowl

Mix with your hands until a soft (sticky) dough is formed

Add olive oil and mix thoroughly into the dough

Continue to knead until the dough is smooth on the surface and no longer stick to your hands

Cover with a damp towel or cling film, allow the dough to rest and rise, about 30 minutes

After the first fermentation, transfer the dough onto a flat working and knead into a round dough again

Divide the dough into 2 pieces

Then form into circular dough again

Cover with a damp towel or cling film, allow the dough to rest and rise

Then roll into a large rectangular disc, about 0.5cm thick

With a small knife, cut the dough into long strips

Cover with a damp towel, allow the dough to rest and rise, about 30 minutes, until enlarge in size

Spray on a layer of water

Sprinkle with your desired toppings

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
