Recipe Details
We first came across Soto Ayam in Bali, Indonesia. This is a wonderfully flavored yellow soup base, often served with boiled quail eggs and chicken meat. Our version is served with soft boiled egg and chicken tight meat. We also added some baby carrots for extra flavor and color.

Prepare the Carrots

Make Broth with Chicken and Carrots
