Inari Sushi Trio
Recipe Details
The sweet tofu-skin sushi is always a perfect idea for picnic. Add some more colour to the sushi by placing different toppings. More eye-catchy and exquisite!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together sushi rice and furikake. Set aside.

Step 2
Wash the okra with salt and remove the hair on the surface.

Step 3
In a pot, bring water to boil and blanch the okra for 1-2 minutes. Drain dry, slice and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add the egg wash and cook until the egg is set. Chop and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add some oil. Add the beef and cooked until 70% done. Add mirin, Japanese soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar. Cook until the beef is completely done. Chop and set aside.

Step 6
Stuff the aburaage with sushi rice. Layer egg. Layer okra, beef, sakura shrimps and sakura denbu respectively. Ready to serve.
