Step 1
Stir the minced pork, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, salt and corn starch on the same direction. Add dried shrimps, black fungus, dried mushrooms and mix well.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch the chives flowers and drain.

Step 3
Stuff the aburaages with the pork mixture. Tie with chives flowers.

Step 4
Bring the chicken broth to boil. Add the inari lucky pockets and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked. Ready to serve.
