Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180℃. Prepare a baking tray.Melt butter in room temperature. Beat with sugar.
Step 2
Add egg and stir well.
Step 3
Sieve flour, baking powder，Baking sodaand salt. Stir in and mix well.
Step 4
Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Use a 4cm ice cream scoop to scoop the dough out and place on the tray. Bake for 16 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Step 6
Use a knife to cut the ice cream into 2cm thick slices.
Step 7
Put the ice cream on a biscuit. Cover with another biscuit. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chipsorcolordrops as garnish andkeep in the refrigerator.
