Ginger, grated1 tsp
minced garlic1 tsp
Fresh Red Pepper1 pc
Dried red pepper10 g
Chicken powder
Sichuan pepper1 g

Peel and slice the lotus into pieces

Step 3
Blanch in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes

Step 4
Add Sichuan pepper corns to saute

Step 5
Then remove them but keep the spicy oil. Add minced ginger and minced garlic

Add the dried chili peppers

Then add back the lotus and fresh red chilis
