Hunan Chili Suace Noodle

Step 1
Dice the celery and chili pepper

Dice the celery and chili pepper

Minced the ginger and garlic

Step 4

Cut the pork belly into cubes

Marinate the pork belly for 10 minutes

Step 7
In a pan, add oil on high heat, sauté the red chili and celery until fragrant about 1-2 minutes

Add some salt to season, set aside

Add some oil, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant,

Add the pickled chili and pork belly.

Cook about half way then add the wine and water, season with dark soy sauce and salt. Cover the lid and bring it to boil

Add the celery and chili mixture and mix together. Set aside

Cook the noodle in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes until the noodle is cooked, transfer to the bowl

Add the chili sauce and ready to serve
