Hot & Sour Tofu Soup

The hot and sour soup is a Fujian traditional soup, which is so appetizing and tangy. It tastes good with the fungus and egg shreds!

Step 1
Cut tofu into thin strips

Step 2
Heat the pan with some oil over medium heat, stir fry the minced pork. Add Shaoxing wine and chicken stock and bring to boil.

Step 3
Add black fungus, spam strips, shredded carrot and enoki mushroom and cook through.

Step 4
Season with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salt. Pour in potato starch thickener then add in tofu. Stir in the whisked egg.

Step 5
In a serving bowl, add black vinegar and white pepper and pour in the soup. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and ready to serve.
