Hot and Sour Soup

Hot and sour soup is a famous Sichuan dish. Even though there are so many ingredients, but they are all easy to buy. Such as mushrooms, tofu, bamboo shoots, eggs, etc. also can finish in half an hours, is a very easy and quick of a soup.

Step 1
Soak the Chinese mushroom and black fungus until soft and slice

Step 2
Slice the bamboo shoot. Cut the tofu into strip

Step 3
In a pot, add the chicken broth, water and bring it to boil

Step 4
Add the sliced bamboo shoot, sliced mushroom and sliced black fungus

Step 5
Add the red wine vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and chili bean sauce

Step 6
Reduce the heat to medium and let it cook for 20 minutes

Step 7
Add the tofu and stir well

Step 8
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and slowly pour it in the soup

Step 9
Mix together the corn starch and water and add to the soup until thicken

Step 10
Season with salt and white pepper
