Separate the egg yolk from the egg white

In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with milk

Sift in flour

Add egg yolks and vanilla extract

In an electric mixer, beat egg white on medium speed until white bubbles are formed

Add cream of tartar and add the egg in 3-4 separate times

Add back the batter (from step 3) to the egg white mixture (step 4)

Fold them together with a spatula

Transfer the cake mix into baking tray

Bake in preheated oven (180 degree Celsius) for 25 minutes
