Satay Beef Noodle is one of signature item in Hong Kong tea houses. It is easily to cook even we can do it at home and it is super yummy!

Step 1
Slice the beef , add all ingredients in and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the wok, then add beef and stir-fry until medium well .
Step 3
Add in the Satay sauce and stir-fry until done and put it aside.
Step 4
Heat the water and cook instant noodle.
Step 5
When noodle done and put it into a bowl.
Step 6
Finally add the satay beef into noodle and all done.
