Honey Lemon Spareribs

Honey contains large amounts of amino acids and vitamins, it is great for skin care. Lemon contains a lot of vitamin C which can promote metabolism and enhance immunity, using these two ingredients to make the ribs will increase the appetize.

Step 1
Mince the garlic. Peel and slice the ginger. Chop the cilantro. Slice half of the lemon and the rest juiced.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add Chinese cooking wine and ginger. Blanch the spareribs. Drain the spareribs and sliced ginger.

Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice and honey.

Step 4
In a pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Cook the spareribs until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Add enough water, light soy sauce, sliced lemon and bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes.

Step 6
Add the honey lemon sauce, salt and mix well.

Step 7
Transfer to the plate, sprinkle with white sesame seed, cilantro and ready to serve.
