Honey Glazed Pear and Blackberries Sundae

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a frying pan, add butter, graham cracker crumbs and almond flakes. Stir to combine and let toast for 2-3 minutes. Take off heat, sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt, mix well and set aside.

Step 2
In the same pan, add in honey and water, and heat up over low heat, stirring the honey to prevent it from burning.

Step 3
Once the honey starts to boil, stir in the butter.

Step 4
Place in the quartered pears into the honey mixture in a single layer. Reduce to low heat and cook for 3 minutes and turn the pears over to coat the other side.

Step 5
When the pears are almost done, add in blackberries. Turn off heat and transfer to a place.

Step 6
Scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl. Top with pear and blackberries and drizzle honey over top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs mixture and top with a bit more sea salt. Serve immediately.
