Remove the skin of pork leg and cut it to slices with fat

Step 2
Mix the slices with cornstarch water

Step 3
Remove stalks of green and red chilies and cut them to threads. Cut the green onion to pieces and garlics to slices.

Step 4
Heat the pan with oil, add pork slices, stir-fried until it changes to lighter color. Take them out for further use.

Step 5
Add green onion pieces and garlic slices until aromatic. Add red chilies and stir-fry for a while.

Step 6
Add pork slices and season it with dark soy sauce, soy sauce and salt.
