Step 1
In a mixer, whip the heavy cream to a stiff peaks form

Add the sour cream and powder sugar and use a hand whisk to whisk until combine

Step 3
Place in the fridge for overnight

Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the egg, milk and vanilla extract

Step 5
In a mixer, sift the flour and combine with sugar, baking powder and salt

Slowly add in the butter until combine

Step 7
Mix in the egg mixture until moist. Plastic wrap the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 8
Sprinkle the surface area with some flour, slightly knead the dough and roll it into 1cm thick

Step 9
Use the cookie cutter cut the dough

Step 10
Place on baking tray

Step 11
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake it for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
