Step 1

In a pot, combine sugar, salt, and water. Cook on high heat and keep stirring constantly

Step 2

Once the sugar begins to turn brown in color, add the peanuts and mix immediately

Step 3

Line a tray with parchment paper. Pour the peanut caramel on top and spread into a thin layer

Step 4

Coarsely cut into pieces. Ready to serve
