Wash and clean the dried mesona chinensis and drain, In the pot, add the dried mesona chinensis, 1500mL water and cook it for about 30 minutes

Transfer the mesona chinensis to the fish bag

drain off the liquid then discard the residue

Bring the liquid back to boil and add the cane sugar until it dissolve

turn off the heat and add the baking soda, set aside

In the container, dissolve the gelatin with 250mL water

pour the mesona chinensis liquid in the gelatin

stir well and set in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm
