Homemade Granola
Recipe Details
If you are worried that the granola sold at supermarkets does not fit your own taste, try making on your own! You can choose the nuts and dried fruits you like and adjust the sweetness.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 160°C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

Step 2
Slightly crumble the walnuts and almonds.

Step 3
Mix together rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, dried cranberries, dried blueberries and ground cinnamon.

Step 4
Add maple syrup and mix well.

Step 5
Layer on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. Take out and stir every 10 minutes. Let cool and ready to serve.
