Rinse the pork belly under cold water for 4-5 minutes, let cool and set asid

Cut the cabbage into small pieces

Slice the ginger and garlic

Slice red and green pepper

Slice the chilled pork belly

Add oil on a high heat, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add the pork belly and cook for 1 minute, then add the chili paste to mix together

Add the cabbage, Chinese cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to season

Add the green and red pepper, stir for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked
