Many of us make soy milk at home. But do you know what you can make with the left over soy beans? The left over ingredients are actually full of nutrition. Today, we show you how to use the leftover soy beans to make a homemade bean curd cake.
Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Soak soy bean until soft

Step 3
Chop the spinach

Step 4
Finely chop the ginger and green onions

Step 5
Finely chop the vegetarian ham

Step 6
Transfer the soy beans (and water) to an electric blender

Step 7
Blend until smooth

Step 8
Transfer to cloth bag

Step 9
Tie the bag and squeeze firmly with both hands to remove all excess water from the soy bean mixture

Step 10
Set the left over soy beans aside

Step 11
Saute garlic, ginger, green onions, and vegetarian ham

Step 12
Add spinach and soy bean mixture

Step 13
Add Seasoning ingredients

Step 14
Transfer to a bowl

Step 15
Flip onto a plate

Ready to serve
